Peyton Winstead, LICSW
Executive Director
Peyton is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and received her graduate degree in Social Work from Columbia University in City of New York. Peyton has experience providing services in a variety of settings including Infectious Disease and Pediatric healthcare centers, children’s group homes, and a Children’s Advocacy Center. Peyton’s passion for therapy is to provide an intentional, safe space to process life’s trauma. Peyton also strives to fight against oppression, stigma, and gatekeeping in the mental health world for Black and Brown communities and other marginalized peoples. Peyton’s style of therapy is influenced by Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Outside of the therapy space, Peyton enjoys reading, traveling, gardening, experimenting in the kitchen, watching college Women’s basketball and the WNBA, and spending time with her family and two Australian Shepherds, Sullivan and Sage.

Alexis Reveron, LMHC-A
Masters Level ClinicianMy therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I integrate evidence-based practices with art therapy, tailoring each session to reflect the client’s personal preferences, cultural context, and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and work alongside my clients to find the methods and tools that feel most supportive and effective for them.
I aim to be attuned to the individual needs of my clients and welcome people from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and life experiences. I believe having a flexible and responsive style is important to adapt treatment modalities to suit clients' evolving needs.

As a Puerto Rican and Portuguese clinician born and raised in Rhode Island, I bring a deep appreciation for the ways culture, identity, and lived experience shape our mental health. LeAnna Gordon, LCSW
Masters Level Clinician
LeAnna Gordon, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and South Carolina native who provides client-centered, trauma-informed therapy to children and young adults. She specializes in anxiety, depression, and life transitions, with a focus on helping clients feel supported, empowered, and understood.
She is the author of multiple children's books including, “When Life Gives You Lemons” and the founder of The Lemonade Club, a brand centered on motherhood, mental health, and resilience. As a mother of two daughters, LeAnna brings both personal and professional insight into her work.
She enjoys biking, believes that health is wealth, and values living a spiritual life grounded in faith, compassion, and purpose. LeAnna is dedicated to creating safe spaces where healing, growth, and transformation can take place.

Mars Yena, MS Candidate
Masters Level Clinical Intern
Mars Yena (they/them) currently holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College (RIC, 2024) and is currently completing their second year of their Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at RIC. Mars has experience working with a wide variety of clients from ages as young as 8 to mature clients. They prioritize their work within the LGBTQ community as well as other minority communities. Mars wants to make their space as welcoming, comforting and safe as possible. They are passionate about the work they do and hope to continue working with LGBTQ+ clients. Mars uses a person-centered approach in sessions. They believe that this is your space to be yourself and work towards your goals at your own pace. They look forward to working with you and expanding their knowledge as they work towards their career goals.

Cierra Tran, MS Candidate
Masters Level Clinical Intern
Cierra is a student pursuing her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University. Cierra received her Bachelors degree in Community Supports with a concentration in Social Work from Morehead State University.
She has experience working with long-term care facilities, children and adolescents, and crisis management. Cierra is an advocate for all overlooked and underserved marginalized communities, addressing systemic barriers, fighting for rights and challenging stigmas against them. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cooking.
